I have a passion for empowering and inspiring women to achieve heights they never thought possible. With over 12 years sales experience, being an international top performer, in tech and creative industries, within award winning startups and FTSE 250 corporates, I’m here to share my commercial knowledge and skills to benefit your business. Focusing on structures, skills and mindset, I’m here to help you carve your unique path to success.

It’s OK to be different, it’s OK to be YOU!

Let’s Trailblaze!

Why Work with Hannah?

I Imagine a world where women feel inspired, empowered and equipped to stop battling for a seat at the table and instead build their own table.

I believe women have all the capabilities to carve their own paths to success but often suffer from lack of confidence or exposure to the skills needed.

Just like many of you reading this I have experienced prejudice, discrimination and adversity throughout my career, so have experienced first hand the challenges that women of today face in the world of business.  Fortunately I never allowed this to stop me, I used it to make me stronger and propel me forwards.

My most recent role was the first time in my career where I felt my gender never came into question or held me back, I wasn’t identified or viewed as a “female leader”, I was Hannah Morris.  This was liberating and made me realise the challenges I experienced before this were unacceptable.

No woman should feel less than her worth.  I want to do my part to ensure as many women as possible feel inspired, empowered and confident to reach for and fulfil their goals.  Whether that be applying for the roles they dream of having or growing the business they have a vision for.  I learnt the hard way so that you can learn the fast way.

As females we often don’t fit the mould of what people think a leader or business owner should look like.  It’s because there are less visible role models and examples of this for everyone to refer to.  I’ve decided to dedicate my career to changing this norm and help a new wave of female role models, business owners and leaders find their power and carve their path… Let’s Trailblaze!

Hannah Morris

A trailblazing and thought-provoking leader
— Business Cloud

When I was 5 I wanted to be a teenage mutant ninja turtle when I grew up... I haven’t fulfilled this dream YET and instead I ended up in the world of sales.

After out performing my peers by over 600% I realised that what I was doing was working, so began breaking down the reasons WHY I was being successful and others were struggling.  This was the beginning of me creating my formula for success.

Many of the answers you’re seeking to your questions you have live within YOU. The best coaches are trained to draw those answers out from within you. By inspiring, motivating, guiding, providing structures, skills and tools, whilst building your confidence so that you can dig deeper than you’ve ever gone before and find the answers you’re looking for. This process is where true transformation, empowerment and magic happens. This is a process that I am truly fascinated with and one I have focused my years on mastering. I have created a formula that is helping people achieve heights they never thought possible and I can’t wait to share it with you!

Previous Roles

  • WGSN - Sales Leader, EMEA (Leading team of 13 across 4 locations, 3.7M annual new business revenue target)

“Hannah is a dynamic and personable sales leader. In a very short time, she mastered our business and got her team on track to engage fully in the potential of the WGSN offer. Running a team that sells across geographies and industries is no mean feat and I loved Hannah's passion for everything we stand for at WGSN. Aside from her career accomplishments, she's also a really lovely person to have in the office.” - Carla Buzas, CEO at WGSN

“Hannah is a strong sales leader combining a rigour, commercial flair and a strong desire to get the best out of her people and teams. She mastered a complex brief at WGSN with a geographically diverse EMEA team and sales into multiple markets. Great to work with and brings energy and positivity into all she does” Bernard Johnson, EVP Global Revenues, WGSN

  • VIBE - Commercial Director (Leading 5 heads of department across multiple territories. Created end to end business plan for bringing Vibe Tickets v2 to market from concept to live)

“Having been at Vibe Tickets before Hannah, and noticing the transformation within the company since Hannah’s arrival, I can genuinely say that Vibe Tickets became an inspiring and exciting place to be. Hannah created a culture within the company which always found a solution and one where no one gets left behind. Under Hannah’s guidance I grew not only as a marketeer but a person. Hannah provides unwavering support to her teams and working under Hannah has really been the most exciting time in my career. I wish Hannah every success in the future!” - John Shepherd, Director, Social Chaps

  • Dreamtek - International Head of Sales (Leading team of 6 operating across EMEA, US and Dubai managing existing and new business revenues)

“Hannah was by far the best boss I have ever had the pleasure of working for. She goes above and beyond to understand her team, their personal and professional drivers. She worked hard to help us make whatever dreams we had become reality. In the time I was lucky enough to work for her no day was ever the same and she made such effort to support me through my early career. Hannah is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get involved in every aspect of the company, nothing is below her and very quickly earned respect from the team. She was always the person who had your back and would fight tirelessly for what was right for her team and the company. As a young woman she taught me that you need to be bold, not be afraid to be wrong and most importantly that hard work, dedication and passion leads to beautiful things. Hannah is proof that you can work hard and play hard and is one of the biggest role models and mentors in my life even to this day”. - Georgina Glick, Strategic Partnerships at Hanway Associates

  • Ticketscript by Eventbrite - Head of Sales (Leading team of 8 across UK and Ireland managing new business revenues)

“I took over managing Hannah when I joined Ticketscript in 2015. She quickly proved herself not only to be a valuable part of the team, but the most valuable. Hannah was able to throw endless amounts of energy and tenacity into closing great deals when everyone else on the sales team were struggling to do the same. As well as being the UK team's top performer, in her first full year she was very close to being the top international performer in the Group, which is a great achievement. In 2016 I was able to promote her to Head of Sales, and her contributions went a long way to helping us turn the UK team towards profitability. She's a great sales leader and fantastic colleague. Hannah attacks every challenge with great energy, intelligence and perseverance. I recommend her without hesitation.” - Charlie Sefi, MD SeatGeek

  • Groupon - Business Development Manager (New business revenue generator across UK)

“Having recruited and managed Hannah, initially for a Market Developer role - and later progressing her into a Senior Sales Consultant remit, Hannah has demonstrated natural talent and application to impress me greatly with her ability to seamlessly adapt to Groupon's multi-faceted sales approach. Since joining, she has been a pro-active and tireless contributor. An integral member within her sub team/s, Hannah has continued to deliver results where most have found a challenge. Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and a unique capacity for empathy, in conjunction with her hard working ethic, Hannah's most notable qualities should see further progression at Groupon...and beyond! I look forward to continued success for Hannah in the future.” - Kam Kamal, Head of Sales
